Uhhh.. there are no debt holders identified in the filings. For all anyone
knows those are shares "sold" to promoters.

Companies can't just give away shares; that would surely get them suspended.

It's a huge red flag when a stock is trading at pennies and people are
getting shares at par value.

One of the funny things about the stock market is that every time
one person buys, another sells, and both think they are astute.
