As I stated before, spin-off DSSTM (1 for 1) and save DSS. DSSTM will remain an exclusive contractor to DSS, protecting its patents. DSSTM can hold all its recent acquired patent portfolio, the original ones DSS had or that had been filed, will remain with DSS. DSSTM can trade in the pinks as far as I'm concerned, shares are worthless until they win something anyway. They can even dilute to raise money with the pinks. It's not like they are passing off as none trolls by using legacy business as a shield, everyone sees through this.
