Weekly Chart of VTEQ. Bullish Engulfing Candle signaling serious reversal. 50 MA @ .7559, 200MA @ 3.2387. RSI @ 24.80 stating seriously oversold on the weekly chart. MACD, black crossed over the red stating there are more buys then sells. And I can’t inspect for accurate numbers but looks like on the weekly chart huge resistance levels right around .05.
