Can thank the 400 million accumulation line for it trading so thin. Someone or group has locked down a ton of the O/S. Easy to see on chart. Was not exactly front loading as it was trading in a higher range over the summer when all that accumulation happened. Now it sits with a cooled down PPS and volume as the waiting has taken a while. But the sleeping giant will wake up and this little ticker going to be a crazy ride.
