holding up better than I thought thus far


So far down only .04 on the day.

Maybe it's because the market agrees with me about the potential of the Coupons lawsuit. It wasn't that big of an opportunity despite all the pumping.

Logically, when a small opportunity is lost, like with today's negative decision, it shouldn't crush the stock because there's not much lost.

A number of people kept spewing crap about millions and millions per year on the table. That was a quote from two years ago from a former CEO that simply did not jive with the SEC filings and also didn't discount the fact that this case has been a mess since the start when the trade secret complaint was thrown out.

Of course, there could be a delayed reaction as this kind of news might fuel traders and those who like to punish pre-revenue companies as well as patent monetization companies.

Lesson to be learned: listen to those who know the industry and ignore pump pieces from SA and other promoters who don't have a clue
