If i read the Contract correctly, the Note holders can't hold more than 4.99% of the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding. So they keep adding after selling. Since the O/S is increasing daily and the conversion price keeps dropping they will add more and more shares. The higher the O/S the more they can convert at once. Since they are converting at a premium they can sell it down here and again at an even lower price and cont to sell.
