you are right on....also, SVFC is required to hold shares in escrow for others to sell if they so choose. but SVFC has traded approx 10 billion shares in october. how is tradeing happening and selling happening if the 10 billion A/S is now outstanding shares..that would mean SVFC doesnt have enough A/S to cover their obligations.
