PAIM is only incorporated in Wyoming, not registered there. They only have to pay an annual fee and provide minimal information annually to remain in good standing.

UBSS is on the list of companies that have had regulatory problems with the state of Wyoming. UBSS may be the MM that is short on PAIM because their behavior in PAIM is very unusual as their name is there without a bid or ask. This is the only unsolicited stock I've been able to find where they operate in such a fashion.
