And don't get wrong here - I am a 6-figure share holder of PYDS - I have been here a lonnnnnnnnng time - I want the PPS up up and away - but i think the consistent selling by mgmt (pre-planned or not) holds the PPS back.

Whether it is the selling itself that softens the price or the "doesn't pass the sniff test" for new investors to buy new shares to drive the PPS - either way I believe it has a dampening effect - why else would an otherwise seemingly strong company be selling at 2x sales.
