First off you know the news is not visible yet on any major news sites so noone knows about it for the most part. Second if Widco sold every single share today, and they did not, it would only amount to a little over 200k dollars. Big deal. That is not enough money to make it worth anyone to sell shares into the market at this price. However they are selling so someone has shares for sale. It will end eventually.
