ITNS is in sleep mode, but watch out when it wakes up.
I would compare ITNS to a rocket that's in the final stages of preparation. It appears to be just sitting there, stagnant, like if you ignored it rust might start forming. But when that fuse is lit on this second experimental rocket "Emesyl, Zicam II", hopes are that performance will exceed its predecessor - Zicam I.

And shorts that are hanging around the launch pad drinking their Bud and laughing are gonna get burned.

Ok, that was a bit of a silly metaphor all the way around, but I believe the general idea is accurate in terms of the near future path of this stock.
