The agenda will tell you when everyone is scheduled to appear. The applicants will make their final presentation and the council will deliberate afterwards before the next presentation.

If for some reason they can't decide or have further questions they can use the hold over dates of 11/5 and 11/10.

From what I understand they will only have 6 members voting so we need 4 in favor to pass. The Mayor can't vote because her son is representing another applicant.
