Does anyone know...if and when the TSA issues an IDIQ for the B220, will it be (a) issued under an existing RFQ for explosives trace detection equipment (e.g., the RFQ under which the now expired Smiths and Morpho IDIQs were issued), or (b) under a newly issued RFQ for explosives trace detection equipment. In other words, what are the additional regulatory hoops required for a purchase? From what I understand, an IDIQ is an agreed upon set of contractual terms and conditions upon which future purchase orders can be based. I seem to recall management stating it had "submitted its tender" for the next TSA buying cycle, but I don't know what that means. Any help would be appreciated. Good luck to all.
