All I read in that is more dilution, after they say they have found non-dilutive ways of funding, this just seems like a run around to me now and the only share holder value thats going to be Iincreased is anish since he's the only board member with preferred stock. I think they'll do theA/S, get more people to buy ccommon and then a huge R/S. I was on their side, but this is just sketchy. If you want to raise value then sell product, not shares
