Before anyone gets too excited about this PR, lets break down the carefully worded information in this misleading announcement. It is actually very easy to see Bill's lies through this transparent news. He says the company is "PREPARING" to build the network. Then goes on to talk about something that sounds like it could be something big. He mentions a 30 city build out and revenue in the billions. BUT..they are only "PREPARING" to build this. No contractors named, no site locations (just vaguely mentioning 30 cities.) If they had said they have begun building and named contractors, start dates, and locations and cities where this will be built, then you would have something. This is a dilution scam and nothing more.
