Why this DEAL WITH AVANZAR is HUGE.....read...

1. The biggest advantage is it cuts out the MIDDLE MAN. We now have our own distributor.

2. Vertical Integration and immediately strengthens our asset valuation and top line Revenues

3. The biggest reason for adding Avanzar stated in multiple different PR sources is to "EXPAND NATIONALLY TOGETHER"

4. Avanzar currently has 3200+ locations in Southern California and states they can now go nationally

5. Avanzar has 20 progressive brands now including Vitamin Fizz, Coffee Boost, and Vitamin Creamer and THC coming.

6. The use of proceeds is to be deployed entirely and solely to expand Avanzar's distribution business and not to be paid to Avanzar shareholders


This is just another SMALL PIECE to the huge puzzle they are building.

If you can't see the writing on the wall, and how now they are very tight lipped of all the things that are coming, YOU NEED TO NOT INVEST IN THE OTC.
