Thanks again, Ultimate - damn I was ready to pop the cork but it looks like we have a ways to go yet. I feel like popping the cork anyway. When you have time can I ask a big favor of you and pull the following items from Pacer ?

In particular, docket numbers 268, 269 (appointment of Trustee under Chap 11 or conversion to Chapter 7 on May 11 or ?? date), 282 (Omnibus hearing June 12), and 302 (request for information by Unsecured Creditors Committee) would be interesting.

So it seems it is yet too early to say whether or not the common shareholders are doomed. I suspect the efforts of the Unsecured Creditors Committee are for our benefit and at a glance it appears they are still busy.
