I invested in a tech company acquiring another tech company based upon then agreed upon information. Timelines were created and things appeared to be in motion. By the time that was shown to be a lie and bordering on outright fraud I am down many thousands and own a part of a tech company that wants to be a tea toater. Of course this too is yet to be seen, of course don't be surprised come dec 4th we will be a pot company or a vape company...
