I guess we can agree to disagree on the wording. I have read alot of conversion conditions over the years and this one is no different. I have seen subpennies with a price equal to the greater then price of over of a dollar before and believe me they never hit it. Yet they run 1000%'s after the conversions are done. Happens all the time.

The way I read it is that there are two conditions separate from each other. The first being if the stock price is equal to the greater of .15 and if not the second condition kicks in / or the 90% of average closing price of the companies common stock for the 10 trading days etc... Thats how I read it.

I personally think .15+ is easy from here. Look the o/s has not changed since april as I stated in my previous posts. So where did all that volume come from the last few months? I believe the float is almost maxed to the O/S and someone is collecting alot of shares. The only difference now with the O/S is instead of 30+ million shares held in the treasury and a stock price in .30+ range. We have someone holding 30+ million shares on the open market and a tanked share price because of it. Getting them low and selling them high. IMO
