Do you know how to read a TA report? More O/S equals dilution, with a higher float and more shares on the market. THERE IS DILUTION, sorry just a fact. If it's to build the company then it can be acceptable. But more shares is never a good thing, end of story. It makes my shares worth less and lowers the market cap of the company.
