A corporation does not incorporate a Division. They incorporate a Subsidiary. AMDL and NuVax were both Incorporated. That alone should be enough!
We've reached a level of absurdity here, IMO, as the RXPC shareholders struggle to find a thread of hope to cling to.
I don't understand what the "Investigative Longs" have to gain by mislabeling AMDL as a Division of Radient instead of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary. AMDL no longer exists and it has no assets. The UNI Agreement terminated when the last patent expired and DR-70 is off patent. AMDL had nothing else. Who cares what AMDL was? Currently it is nothing.
