And no dilution or share selling, so what would be the point? Now it could all fall through as nothing is a given. But my guess is we are seeing correction filings as they are getting feedback from FINRA.

There is quite the back and forth at times with FINRA to get items resolved , which can be quite insignificant but they can be ruthless at times. I know from experience.

But they have been working at it and keep making filing with the state, so what is Victor's endgoal?
