(OTC PINK: DSCR) (PINKSHEETS: DSCR) is currently in discussions with an established Florida nursery who meets the stringent application requirements of the recently passed Compassionate Medical Cannabis Act of 2014. In the event a license is granted, the dispensing organization will be responsible for the cultivation, processing, and dispensing of the low-THC Cannabis strain known as Charlotte's Web.
Announced May 1st, 2014, the newly passed Act in Florida requires certain specific criteria to qualify for the very limited number of available licenses; the nature of the requirements has reduced the number of possible applicants to approximately 35 entities.
