That has nothing to do with current GLGT shell, the name change has happened and Victor and David are attached to the shell. Has it ever gone this far before that the company is no longer GLGT with the State of Nevada?

Things take time and the fact that there is no news from the company is a positive sign that they are not trying to scam anyone. FINRA is under no time table but their own.
