Vrdm filed an 8-K today--financing w/Cornell. Do either of you understand the significance of these filings? Even if a chart looks ripe, won't something like this stop the process, so to speak?
If you do read vrdm's 8k, what is your opinion? good/bad news? TIA
I bought in first thing this AM, but got out when the 8k was released...
