The Phase 1 project included a complete pre-field verification at the Santa Ana College Campus, a construction grade audit, and a review of proposed lighting layouts. Sun also assisted in fine tuning the exterior lighting specification during the construction phase. Inefficient (400-1000 Watt) HID parking lot and walkway fixtures were replaced with new (225-295 Watt) LED fixtures. New (40 Watt) LED canopy fixtures were installed in exterior walkways of a multilevel instructional building. A variety of interior T8 fluorescent fixtures throughout the entire campus were retrofit with high efficiency LED retrofit kits
