Yes. And the 53.5% of the O/S held by the owner falls under 144 restriction and they are limited to selling 1.5% per quarter IF they wanted to sell any. And they are not even allowed to sell any until filings are current. So, we are in good shape and explains why the public has accumulated the other 400 million shares that the chart clearly shows. I say nickle to dime. Easy.
