If AOT was that wonderful and would provide meaningful economic benefits to TC, then it wouldn't blow up the deal. Furthermore, given that STWA needs the deal, it would be willing to accept lower prices just to get it. If a deal with TC doesn't materialize, the KM deal is worthless. If a deal with TC does materalize, a KM lease could amplify the orders.
