Close, but the suspension period is only 10 days, by law. If the SEC could suspend longer they would, but that's the limit of their authority.

But after suspension SKTO and AEGY were both banished to the Gray Sheets to die. No market making, no bid or ask quotations. Just a zombie investor dungeon. The scam imploded as was warned over and over.
