FBEC updated O/S 1,633,414,911 as of late Friday..

Based on my calculated estimations, FBEC has in the neighborhood of $50k left in total debt, even if all converted @.0001 that would still leave the O/S under 2.25b.. This is unheard of for a clean current OTC trading at these levels.. Any doubt one piece of news could easily propel this to a 10x'r plus!
