Most haven't read the whole filing on the debt , its 30 pages on Edgar. Now the company has to at all times have authorized enough shares to cover the debt, now they reduced the as by 50% last month , and stated they are reducing the Hanover debt with cash due to higher revenue, I'm sure you follow what I'm saying ;).

Most of the debt is likely already gone or renegotiated vpor$$$
