What the PR said and did not say:

-- It said that the GKG license requirements have been met, but it did not say what the license agreement is going forward.

-- It stated that VSPC has requested VGRE's assistance in the commercialization of GKG in Asia, but did not specify why why and for which countries they asked for assistance, what this assistance would consist of and what VSPC would provide in return for this assistance.

-- VSPC said it had significant animal feed projects which should come to fruition in Nicaragua and Pakistan in 2015, but provided no details as to what these projects are or their scope. Also the operative word is "should" which is promising, but not a promise.

-- The Nicaragua feasibility study is nearing completion which is good, but several months behind the original timing provided to us.

-- It reiterated previous information provided to us about St Croix, but this PR and the last one about this project did not provide launch timing. Earlier PRs from Tibbar talked about connecting to the grid in June 2015, but this has not been reconfirmed recently.

-- Potential projects in Pakistan were mentioned, but no details will be provided until 2015. Again, promising but to vague to assess.

-- Reiteration of what we already knew about Nicaragua, S. Africa and Philippines projects

-- Reiteration that grass is growing in Guyana, but no new information regarding the progress of this project.

-- Reiteration that they were pursuing projects in Hawaii.

--Conspicuous by their absence was any mention of the Mesquite Lake Project, the MOU with Boenergy Resource in Jamaica, any activity in Myanmar or Maricopa (which we now know was a scam).

My net take-away is positive, but the PR added little to what we already know and was very vague in regards to the more recent MOUs. I would have liked to have seen something that indicated the Mesquite Lake project was moving forward.
