Frankie, You are absolutely correct. When will they stop selling shares to market for cash ?? Any ideas when enough is enough for these guys ?

so you can see when and how fast the share count is increasing ... easy to blame traders for the depressed share price but if there is demand then holders will sell for a higher price if folks want them. The rub comes when management sidesteps the market offering new shares. thus increasing supply and lowering price even during high demand...

OVERSUPPLY... that is why oversold is not stopping the decline.
