Folks, we need to call or email the CEO and let him issue some good news to boost the shareholder's confidence in order to bounce WNBD to 0.00x level again which should be easy based on the small OS count (467M shares) on 10/06/2014! At $0.001 the MV is just $467K which is still low compared to the peers as a OTC Reporting stock!

Friendly financing will truly resolve those aged toxic debts problem which should be the best news we can expect here.

Up-listing will be a definite good news! However the current AS size (5B shares) needs to be reduced significantly in order to do that.

WNBD does not need the audited financials since that cost the dear money to pay those greedy CPAs and lawyers.
