I would say real and seasoned investors would keep a very close eye on this stock. To think a division wouldn’t at least triple the PPS….

In corporate America everything has a set time frame. In the Caribbean negotiations take place under the palm trees with Pina Coladas with little umbrellas. Trying to dictate to them how fast you want something surely will help in the delay. And in many cases, even your own demise.
