I am sure Affinor will make a lot off of the counter-suit, if Abattis has any cash or assets to go after. Thats the bigger question here I think. Go read the Abattis boards, some think this was a last ditch effort to save themselves. I doubt any court will see merit to the sour grapes attempt to sling mud at the group of people listed in the claim. Whats the dollar amount they are seeking? $45 for the filing fee and $2 for the stamps to mail it? I don't think either lab had turned a profit and Affinor was merely an investor in it.

I have had a few emails from guys shorting it, they aren't sure what to do next after shorting it the past week. I am hearing that Abattis may have pulled this stunt at an attempt to gain breathing room with creditors. Thats the only thing that would make sense here.
