The company has everything filed and is up to date for the Pinks. Why it might not have all the filings to satisfy Nasdaq requirements or your own requirements, they do however have everything filed to be in good standing as a pink current where they currently are listed.

For dosing maybe you and other naive people should read up before spewing your nonsense rhetoric.

6."Don’t overdo it. Often with cannabinoid therapeutics, “less is more.” Cannabinoid compounds have biphasic properties. This means that higher doses of CBD may not be as effective as low or moderate doses."

As far as the Form 10 or S-1 forms they are not required for the Pinks and thus we dont need to file them. Those forms are only required for the OTCBB or NASDAQ. In fact, Non-Reporting Companies that trade on the Pink Sheets can move up to the OTCBB by filing a Form 10. The Form 10 has virtually identical disclosure requirements as the Form S-1.

Amazon only helps the company but good attempt to try to cast a negative light on it. GRCU paid the same listing fee as Apple and Abby's Apple Emporium and everyone else selling there. GRCU is on Amazon and that is exactly what any shareholders could have wanted to see.
