Wolofie, you are totally incorrect.

AMDL Inc is GONE. AMDL Inc was name changed to Radient Pharmaceuticals. IT is totally gone along with any subsidiaries. AMDL diagnostics Inc was a subsidiary formed in 2009 and it is GONE.
