SVFC $$$ I understand. However, just some bad financial decisions by our CEO, keep in mind though this technology needed to be funded to keep progressing, unfortunately, sometime you have to take offers that are available to you. Possibly now someone knows something about this technology and possibility the patents being approved etc.... the 8-K's are the news many here have been waiting for, because institutional funding is nothing like convertible debentures. Institutional funding is long term minded, in most cases, they provide the FUNDS, for a certain % stake in the company. YA Globals $2.1 Million which is much lower now, is nothing when it comes to Institutional funds. So, my focus from the 8-K's is that we are getting this *private placement* funding, which will CLEAR OUT any past Toxic funders out of the picture. Also the restated financials have been done as well, so everything points to a MERGER with SVFC, which I feel all those who have shares will be rewarded. all my personal view here as I've come to see it.
