FACT is 8K's 10K's and Federal Audits that are done and filed with the SEC….there is no way around this as a public company period. You just can't get around this.

FICTION is smearing names and reputations and giving the public false perspective without fact. Sometimes people are jealous of executives, do not like the company, etc and it is opinion not Factual.

You do not have to invest in the company but threatening with acquisitions of the FBI, private investigators, contact authorities you have named names.

Also, please let Truth I am know that he is on the wrong posting board….he said that UBIQUITI INC is a pump and dump not Ubiquity Inc….yes Ubiquiti Inc is a real company. I have have informed their site that this comment needs to be on their message log. Thats a FACT.
