Realistically $10 will never happen. The company was suppose to change its name few years back back after reverse and converting to medical device company.
They are sure waiting to get bought out as this way they are not wasting thier time in name change.
Why would a legitimate company dealing with Giant companies and world distribution work under "Global Communications" name.
There will soon be a buyout i suspect.
