I wrote that many exhibits were nearly completely unreadable, but I didn't say that I didn't get anything valuable from them.

But I'm not going to help MJNA's lawyer by telling him things that the defense could use against him and his client.

BTW, if I'm correctly recalling from the court calendar I saw on the SD court site yesterday (it was down for maintenance when I checked a little while ago,) the first actual conference between the parties in front of a judge isn't scheduled until March, 2015, nearly six months from now.

MJNA might be suspended by then.
