If the technology is so good why hasn't the government decided to use it since IBIO offered?
It's a PR just to spike the price of the Stock to sell shares. Why issue a PR to offer tech to the gov? Just do it behind closed doors and announce it when it's a done deal.

People have to understand how these stocks work. Don't be the next Bagholder. Don't believe everything you read here. Bunch of pumpers in here which doesn't help newbies at all.
