this in on OTC filings....the good thing is that this co has moved from not reporting for a looooong time to having PS status....while still pink it indicates investment on the part of a new mgt.

It also indicates we are going to be in the green tech biz...and the new website suggests this...

all still a tease...but if we are atr 002 now....perhaps we get a new bump to .006...008 with any news.

I would imagine something will be coming out at some point....i emailed to the old site every week! I did get an occasional response from old team...they said they were looking for opportunity for the vencor vehicle....

my hope is that the vision is big enough to work through the new shares...or that they are tightly held....be nice to finally get some $ back here ...for me over 8 years!
