Consider that JB&BOD have like $60, million in forward tax exp's, (i dont know what they can write off) and they have all of the donation to the Junior's time and labor into the project. Most suitors recogognize the valuations in considering the staggering value of the expected payoff of the claims and what the Jr has in discovery. Lets FEE in these labors of over 10 years === by a factor of 10's of millions, field work, good will, readiness of project, tools available, location of the ore body, advantages of location in Ariazona such as schools, firehouses, airports, trains, on and on with the infastructure enough already and then, necessary "DRUMROLL" here "CLIMATE", accessapility of the claims (A+), weatherability access of the claims (A+), neighbors meaning do we have nieghbors that can validate the nature of the ore body of which we are in persuit of (?) answer is a big "YES", enough already or shall i just keep adding several more PLUS SIGNS? These values by incorporation belong to LBSR as if they are owned thru default location ownership via paying for the claimsmanship in the State of Ariazona ANS: recent NR note: All claims are paid thru 9/2015 in AK and AZ. Enough already! But there are many more of them +esses all in LBSRs asset side.
