Yep. Him and some others were caught in elaborate scam to inflate pps and steal money. Diego is restructuring the company now and seems to be doing well. He cut many costs, and revs seems to be increasing. There's quite a bit of debt to pay down, but all new companies have this and hopefully increase in revs will help this. Margins on product are very high since it's an online training. The market cap, increasing revs and product demand say this should be trading in the pennies even with higher O/S. Latest dilution scared off many. So were just hopefully reaching the turning point for a nice rise/bounce. We'll see...
