This is rare find in sub penny land. Bio sensing chips are now small enough to implant to human body. VTEQ already have knowledge to put those chips. Besides PSID getting big government contracts. They getting so busy that they getting rid of extra work. Soon VTEQ will get sub contracts from PSID to develop Ebola testers.
