No, I don't think the chances of a BK are worse, in fact, they have become a bit less likely.
We definitely have assets to sell, though that couldn't happen until mN is revealed. It is entirely possibly that if mN looks very promising, and the pps still flags, Ariad could make a very dramatic move with either Pona or '113 to fund development and change it's whole corporate focus to more a development company, pps 'be damned'.
What makes the whole situation unpredictable is that if mN is promising, and pps does move, HB will dilute and an asset sale is unnecessary.
Don't put anything past HB. He sold Rida, He sold Bellicum. He sold his own stock. Draw your own conclusions.
