The damages must be $100mm - that is that lawyer's style. He likes to file frivolous suits for that exact amount and then withdraw them apparently.

You raise several great points about why it should be difficult to win much less prove damages. What about the fact that the product discussed, RSHO, belongs to another company, not them? I think it says a lot that the company that actually makes the product didn't join in.
