1. There is up to 6 mos approval time for LOI loan .
2. Now, the LOBBYING for the previously cancelled crucial American money grant. Is currently being solicited..
3. the old 3a10 and notes MAY alreadyHAVE been absorbed.
4. CEO seems to be truthful, and steadfast in seeing his technology thru.
5. 2x a Korean business arrangement had been put on the table, and 2x caused price speculation, and 2x it has not come thru.
